My husband tried out all the items in the EMJ line and was quite pleased. He found himself surprised at how much he loved the minty body wash saying it felt amazing when used and left you feeling really clean and fresh. Yet, there was no prolonged mint scent left behind which he was happy about. He thought it was a bit Vapor-Rub like but in a good way. The shaving gel is a rich hydrating formula that gave him a nice clean shave and the face wash, scented mint too though not as powerful, worked well. It is a great pre-shave piece to use. The face lotion only takes a small amount. A little goes a long way and it is lightly scented and leaves a bit of a glow. While there is no SPF in it which disappointed my husband it heals razor-irritated skin and doesn’t block pores.
I like that it did not take him any longer to get ready too. The body wash is sodium laurel sulfate free, paraben free and dye free. All this makes me happy as I try to limit the amount of items in our house that come with these ingredients. The vitamin enriched body bars, which come in packs of three, are 100% vegetable based too. The products don’t dry out your skin and have a unique if not manly look to them.
In all, we were quite pleased with the EMJ line and would use it again. Rinse, lather, repeat I suppose!

I like that the face wash/ pre-shave even comes in a skin-clearing formula, as DH has a sensitive throat, which means that every time he shaves (nearly every day as a military guy) it results in unsightly and uncomfortable razor bumps. I think he looks best with beard and moustache so he does it for me. He hates it because he says it dries his skin. Of course, he has refused to use after shave or moisturizers as he says they are even more drying. I bet this would work!

I think the subtle not overwhelming scent is the biggie for me-along with the nondrying body bars and the fact that all the products come together as a set-hubby doesn’t have that mixed scent of different body wash, aftershave, shampoo, soap-which can be overpowering if he is using really scented products from all different brands. thanks for the giveaway, will be looking for these during my next trip to Target!
