Celebrating Easter Easily

Let’s hop down the HERSHEY’S Bunny Trail! Easter is just around the corner and with it we welcome Spring.  The bulbs in our yard are beginning to show and even the Flox are popping up.

Easter in our home is always fun.  We dye Easter eggs, bake lots of treats and create an afternoon Easter egg hunt that spreads across the neighborhood and involves lots of little kids. This year we are doing this a little different and heading down to the water near my parents home.  Both sets of grandparents will be there and we will celebrate the day with plenty of Easter goodies, baskets and yes, an egg hunt. Using eggs we dyed ourselves during the week and plastic ones too.  We will spread them over a few yards in my parents neighborhood and the girls can go wild.  Lots of pictures will be taken.  A big brunch will be served and it will just be a lovely day spent as a family.  I couldn’t ask for anything more.

I received a cute purple basket with some of my favorite items in it like York Peppermint Pattie Eggs, Jolly Rancher Sours Bunny Gummies, Reese’s Mini Reester Bunnies Chocolates and a Reese’s Peanut Butter Filled Egg.  A great way to kick off our Easter festivities! Yum!
