Linwood SuperFoods

We are a house that sprinkles things like chia seeds, flax seeds and ground flax seed on almost everything. I put it in smoothies, oatmeal, baked goods, whatever I can think of to squeeze in more nutrients for me and my family.  Linwood Health Foods sent me a box of goodness this summer to help us get through the long days of the season that can have us eating foods that aren’t so good for us while we are at the beach, pool or traveling.  A box chocked full of items like Flax Seed with Gogi Berries, Cocoa Gogi Berries with Flax Seed or Shelled Hemp can be put on so many foods and can give them added benefits.  Love that!


In our house the Cocoa Gogi Berries were the number one favorite.  Added to muffins, oatmeal, and breads we used them up first.  I liked that added something as small as a smattering of Sun-Dried Gogi Berries or Sunflower and Pumpkin Seeds to my salads, even entrees, makes it healthier to my heart while giving me more fuel for my day.  These superfoods like hemp, Gogi berries and flaxseed have loads of positive effects.  Flaxseed could reduce belly fat and the polyunsaturated fats in Linwood Health Foods can regulate your blood sugar, something I try to do often.
